About role:

Director will collaborate and work closely with our teams to target and build strong relationships with our potential clients across the government sector. Develop and implement strategies to identify and qualify leads within the government sector. You will be responsible for new business opportunities along with our teams, being able to recommend and demonstrate the Signzy value proposition through effective demos that address client needs and requirements in addition to negotiating and closing contracts.

What you’ll do:

● Strategic Account Management: Oversee strategic accounts within the government sector, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and value delivery.
● Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to government clients, emphasizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
● Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute government-focused sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
● Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within government agencies.

● Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities specific to the government sector.
● Solution Delivery Oversight: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to government clients, aligning with their unique needs and objectives.
● Account Strategy Definition: Define and implement the account strategy for government clients, driving a quarterly sales plan.
● Metric Measurement: Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics related to government client engagements.

What you’ll bring:

● Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in government sector sales & account management.
● Proven track record in sales with a focus on IT services/products and solution selling for government clients.
● Strong hunter mentality with a successful history of acquiring new government clients and achieving sales targets.
● Background in government account management and sales is highly desirable.
● Experience in selling to government institutions is a must-have.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an understanding of the unique dynamics within the government sector.
